A well-run high-volume pizza restaurant uses a powerful commercial deck-type oven like this 74" wide single-deck Bakers Pride EP-1-8-5736 electric deck oven to keep the kitchen moving. The 57" wide, 36" deep cordierite hearth deck provides abundant space for cooking several pizzas at the same time. This deck-type pizza oven can be stacked with two more to increase your production capacity from the same single footprint, thanks to the solid iron frame fully welded.
The rust-resistant stainless steel exterior and a high heat-resistant aluminized steel interior create a fully insulated 8" tall cooking cavity that maintains consistent temperatures on the inside and keeps the outside cool and safe to the touch. If you bake all day, the stainless steel door may help enhance insulation for better results but will also make regular access less taxing, thanks to the spring-balanced design.
When it comes to performance, this commercial pizza oven is sure to impress. The cordierite hearth deck is built for excellent thermal resistance so you can adjust the temperature from 300 to 800°F without worrying about breakage. Every 9.5" of the deck is heated by the top and bottom U-shaped heating elements that can be individually controlled from infinite control knobs so you can find the perfect level of top and bottom heat for every recipe. A 60-minute timer helps ensure excellent bake quality. Heavy-duty flame diverters deliver the heat to the entire deck for uniform cooking.
The Bakers Pride EP-1-8-5736 electric deck oven meets NSF, UL, CSA, and CE standards of quality and safe use. This commercial deck-type oven is mounted on four (4) 38" tall steel legs with a durable Bakerstone finish. Enjoy a two-year limited warranty with your purchase!
