Bakers Pride EP-2-8-3836 Description
Herculean baking tasks require a herculean commercial deck-type oven like the 55" wide double-deck Bakers Pride EP-2-8-3836 to electric deck oven. There are two cooking chambers, each with a 7" tall cooking cavity to provide plenty of cooking space. Bake large amounts of food at a time on four (4) large 38" wide, 26" deep cordierite hearth decks.
This commercial oven promises long-lasting construction and easy maintenance with its stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel oven cavity ready for high-heat baking. The cordierite hearth deck is solid and highly thermal-resistant, so you can safely switch up the temperature to suit your recipes.
Designed for simple but precise cooking, this commercial pizza oven can heat between 300 and 800°F to cook pizzas quickly and with an assured quality complete with a 60-minute timer for timely cooking. There are heating elements at the top and bottom of the unit, spaced by 9.5" of the decks to provide uniform heating.
Adjust the heat from the top and bottom separately using the infinite controls to get a nice crisped crust and perfect toppings. The heavy-duty, slide-out flame diverters eliminate any cold spot on the deck so you can maximize the cooking surface. The fully insulated heavy-duty doors have a spring-balanced mechanism so they don’t get painfully unwieldy when you open them frequently throughout the day.
Mounted on four (4) robust 38" tall steel Bakertone legs, this deck-type pizza oven can keep up with your growth with the iron frame fully welded to support additional ovens for increased production capacity for no extra floor space.
