Designed to be operated from a countertop, the DP-2 electric oven from Bakers Pride’s superb HearthBake Series features two (2) cooking compartments and a total of four (4) cordierite decks for powerful high-heat baking. To achieve excellent build quality that you can rely on for many years, this pizza oven is made of solid high-quality stainless steel on the outside while the interior is fully welded aluminized steel. This unit stands on four (4) 4" legs adjustable to any comfortable working height and stable on uneven surfaces. The square 20.35" wide cordierite decks can handle temperature extremes without cracking or breaking. In between each deck, you get a cooking height of 5" so there’s a whole lot of products you can place in the oven.

Each deck on this countertop oven comes with extremely durable top and bottom Incoloy heating elements that can be controlled separately so you can always create the best possible environment for each type of food. Crank up the temperature to as high as 680 degrees Fahrenheit or keep it as low as 284 degrees, this oven can handle it! The cooking chambers have their individual 15-minute mechanical timer that alarms continuously after the cooking session until turned off manually.

The PDP2 HearthBake Series electric countertop pizza oven is UL, CSA, and CE certified for guaranteed safe use. This product consumes 5,050 watts and can use 208v/60 and 220-240v/60 in single and three-phase. A 6" cord complete is supplied along with a plug for single-phase units.
