Bakers Pride PX-14 Description
Get ahead of the crowd and deliver fresh and delicious hot wings and pizza to your customers with the Bakers Pride PX-14 countertop electric oven. Specifically designed for warming or finishing pre-cooked and par-baked items, this handy piece of equipment is only 19.62" wide and operates at 1500 watts. The unit has a 3" tall cooking chamber with a single 13.25" wide, 13.78" deep deck.
Designed with durability in mind, this countertop electric oven is all stainless steel on the outside, so it doesn’t rust, dent, or scratch, and can be cleaned and preserved with minimal scrubbing. The interior is made of fully welded aluminized steel designed for high-heat baking. The unit is fully insulated to keep the temperatures inside consistent and the outside cool to the touch. The entire cabinet is mounted on 1" phenolic legs.
This Bakers Pride electric oven cooks your products at a temperature range of 284–680°F. The Incoloy heating elements heat up the interior and can be controlled independently from the top and bottom to ensure that both sides of your pizzas and other baked goods are baked thoroughly.
With the help of the 15-minute electric timer, you can prevent items from undercooking or overcooking even while you work on other tasks. The continuous alarm design requires it to be shut off manually to ensure that you can retrieve the cooked products immediately. The unit comes with a wire rack that has a handle so you can load and remove products easily and safely. A steel crumb tray can be conveniently pulled out so you can easily discard waste.
The PX-14 countertop electric oven is part of the HearthBake Series by Bakers Pride and meets NSF, UL, CSA, and CE standards. It is supplied with a 6' cord and plug (domestic only). Enjoy a one-year limited warranty with your purchase.
