This 36" wide gas commercial charbroiler allows you to produce perfectly charred and tender meats right from your counter. Built to handle heavy work, this unit is stainless steel inside and out including the combustion chamber.

Seven (7) 15,000 BTU burners power this countertop range. The unit uses durable coal radiants with Glo-Stones made from high-density refractory stone for excellent heat retention, which lets you cook one batch after another with little waiting time. They also offer extra flame flare to enrich the flavors and they do not absorb grease so they are much easier to keep clean. The free-floating round rod top grate can be moved to four (4) tilted positions so you can achieve desired results for each recipe. The double walls are fully insulated, which also helps with holding heat. The continuously lit crossover pilot tube system lets you ignite the unit without delay.

To make the maintenance even simpler, this commercial grill has an EZ tilt-to-front grease trough that helps move the grease where it needs to go for easy discarding. A top grid scraper is also supplied for thorough cleaning of the cooking surface. The unit also comes with a 6" service shelf with a utility bar and water tubs.
