This griddle has 1,150 sq. in. of cooking space with a total output of 85,000 BTU/hr. Every square inch of the griddle can be used at the same time without leaving sections empty while waiting for them to recover. This is possible because any spot that had food on it will recover in around 10 seconds, no matter the load. How is this possible? AccuTemp’s Accu-Steam™ system uses a hermetically sealed vacuum chamber containing pure water that never needs refilling. The vacuum chamber is heated with efficient infrared burners and steam makes sure every square inch of the 7 gauge stainless steel griddle plate is evenly heated. Steam is naturally attracted to anything colder than itself, so any cold spots where food was placed will be automatically heated to match the temperature of the rest of the griddle plate.

The temperature of the griddle can be set from 200°F to 400°F with the digital thermostat control and the entire surface only has ±5°F of temperature variation. 3 temperature presets can be configured, and if you don’t want anyone fiddling around with the temperature, a manager mode can be used to lock out any changes.

This Countertop Griddle is ENERGY STAR compliant and comes with a 5-foot power cable that terminates in a NEMA 5-15 plug for use with 120/60/1-ph power. The stand that comes with this griddle is made from durable stainless steel and includes a shelf for storage and casters allowing it to be easily wheeled around when necessary.
