These hot food tables can be powered by electricity or natural gas. The open-base, dry wells are equipped with burner controls in recessed panels. A high-medium-low adjustable gas valve with a pilot light controls each burner. The removable galvanized radiation plate and gas pressure regulator improve operator safety while using the appliance. A galvanized undershelf and tubular legs with adjustable feet add stability to the unit. In electric models, the undershelf is constructed from galvanized steel with seamless welded construction and a recessed well to accommodate the immersion heater and a brass drain assembly. These offer thermostatic temperature control with a built-in manual reset button feature. All wiring terminates within the junction box adjacent to the control and requires field wiring.
Cold food service counters are portable units with swivel casters and a stainless steel push handle. Deep and wide ice pans are used to store substantial quantities of food. The wells are insulated on all four sides and the bottom. The ice pans slope for adequate drainage. The table bodies and tops on both warm and cold counters are constructed from highly polished heavy gauge stainless steel. A poly-cutting board is mounted on drop brackets on the unit's control side.
