Vulcan 36RB-P Description
The Vulcan 36RB-N Salamander Broiler runs on propane and provides users with a reliable 36” wide platform to properly finish off dishes with delicious browning. You can't go wrong with Vulcan Salamander Broilers .
A heavy-duty chrome-plated grid measuring 27-½” wide and 13” deep provides plenty of room for multiple items. Beneath the grid is a full-width spillage pan to catch drips and crumbs for easy cleaning by removal of the pan.
Two control knobs offer users with two zones that can be independently controlled between 250°F and 800°F to get the results they require. The broiler carriage can be adjusted to 6 positions for the optimal height. Adjusting the height of the broiler carriage is easy and comfortable with a knob that remains cool to the touch,
The front, top, and sides of the salamander broiler are constructed from stainless steel to make sure it will last for many years while maintaining its appearance. This unit is designed to be mounted on a reinforced range back riser but can be used on a counter with an optional leg kit, or mounted on a wall with an optional kit.
This salamander features six cast iron burners with stainless radiants with a standing pilot for convenience.
The total input required by this salamander broiler is 50,000 BTU/hr and features a ¾” top gas connection.
