With a dedicated stainless steel top for food prep and a large 29.7 cubic feet refrigerated base, the Victory Refrigeration VWRD93HC-2 commercial worktop refrigerator brings tons of functionality and versatility to any high-volume operation. This unit is robust in construction, with its stainless steel and galvanized steel exterior, aluminum interior, and epoxy-coated evaporator coil.

The top also has a 4" foamed-in-place backsplash that protects walls and equipment behind the unit from splatters. The base is divided into three (3) spacious sections. The first section has two (2) self-closing drawers with slots for 4" and 6" deep pans. The remaining two sections have self-closing doors and a total of four (4) epoxy-coated wire shelves to fit bulks or larger containers of perishables. 

The drawers are fitted with telescoping slides and locking mechanisms that keep the drawers in place to make the opening and closing super easy and smooth. The doors and drawers are all self-closing, equipped with a hard-wearing spring-loaded cartridge hinge that provides the push the doors need to fully close. Additionally, there is a stay-open mode that makes product loading and unloading more ergonomic.

Controls are electronic to make interaction with the unit simple and precise. The interior temperature is at 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, making for cooling conditions where your products will be safest and freshest.

This commercial worktop refrigerator is engineered for big energy savings primarily with the adaptive defrost feature that reduces the process to when it is deemed necessary. With the R290 refrigerant onboard, the unit minimizes its negative impact on the environment. The doors and drawers have one-piece magnetic Santoprene gaskets that create a barrier from warm outdoor air, keeping the interior temperature at consistent levels. 

Under the hood is a 1/3 hp compressor, which is mounted on the side along with the rest of the self-contained refrigeration system. There are two front and hind 6" casters that allow transport and parking without hassle.

The Victory Refrigeration VWRD93HC-2 commercial worktop refrigerator is a certified product by UL-Sanitation, cULus, and UL EPH Classified, and comes standard with a three-year warranty on parts and labor and a two-year warranty on the gasket.
