With a spacious stainless steel top and 17.88 cubic feet of refrigerated storage, the 72-inch wide Victory Refrigeration VWR72HC commercial worktop refrigerator is a reliable kitchen workhorse that offers plenty of space for all your food prep and cold storage needs. This unit is built for the long haul, with a stainless steel exterior to prevent rust and chipping while promoting a less intensive cleaning routine. The back and bottom are made of galvanized steel while the inside is aluminum. The evaporator coil is made more durable with an epoxy coating for longer service life. 

The large top is all stainless steel with a 4-inch foamed-in-place backsplash that prevents splatters onto the wall or other equipment. The refrigerated base is divided into three (3) sections, each one with two (2) epoxy-coated adjustable shelves for easy product organization. The solid stainless steel door on each section comes with a heavy-duty spring-loaded cartridge hinge that supplies the force required to gently pull the door back into the fully closed open position after users give it a push. The doors also have a stay-open feature that simplifies the bulk product loading process. 

This commercial worktop refrigerator maintains temperatures at 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which you can easily monitor and adjust electronically. To prevent unnecessary energy consumption, the unit uses an adaptive defrost system so that the process only takes place when it is required.

With the R290 refrigerant, this commercial worktop also makes for an eco-conscious option for operators. Weather-resistant magnetic Santoprene gaskets are fitted inside the doors to seal any gap through which air can come in and out and cause the temperature to be hotter than your ingredients can handle.

The worktop refrigerator is powered by a 0.20 hp compressor located along with the rest of the refrigeration components on the rear. The 6-inch casters with two brakes give the unit instant mobility for placement and cleaning and the brakes to ensure it is immovable when set up at its dedicated spot. 

The Victory Refrigeration VWR72HC commercial worktop refrigerator conforms to the UL-Sanitation, cULus, and UL EPH Classified standards and is provided with a three-year warranty on parts and labor and a two-year warranty on the gasket.
