This 72" wide Victory Refrigeration VWRD72HC-4 three-section commercial worktop refrigerator is a two-in-one food prep and cold storage solution that has a spacious 17.88 cubic feet refrigerated base and a smooth and sturdy stainless steel top with a 4" foamed-in-place backsplash. With a stainless steel front and sides strengthened by the galvanized steel back and bottom and aluminum interior, this is a durable piece of equipment that you can count on for many years.

This commercial worktop refrigerator is electronically operated, so you can enjoy simple but more precise control over the unit's temperature and performance. The base has a single self-closing door and a total of four (4) self-closing drawers with pan slots sized for 4" and 6" deep pans. The doors and drawers can switch to a stay-open mode to aid in the bulk product loading tasks. 

This commercial worktop refrigerator maintains temperatures at 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit with the assistance of the Santoprene magnetic snap-in gaskets that create an airtight seal between the interior and the doors and drawers. This unit also features an adaptive defrost system that keeps your energy costs low by performing defrosting only as needed to prevent disruptions.
