The 27" wide Victory Refrigeration VWF27HC worktop freezer converts a small space in your kitchen into a productive station for chilling and preparing ingredients. This unit is stainless steel on the outside with galvanized steel, aluminum on the interior, and epoxy coating on the evaporator, making it a reliable performer in challenging conditions. The refrigerated base has a 6.14 cubic feet storage capacity that you can adjust to fit your specific needs with the two (2) epoxy-coated wire shelves.

The sleek and sturdy stainless steel top provides all the space you need for food prep while the 4" foamed-in-place backsplash helps keep splatter out of other equipment or the wall. The unit has full electronic controls for simple control. The adaptive defrost system on this unit prevents unnecessary energy use by defrosting only when needed.

This worktop freezer operates at a temperature range of -10 degrees Fahrenheit with the help of an R290 refrigerant while keeping your environmental footprint at a minimum. The door also has a heavy-duty spring-loaded cartridge that automatically closes the door to reduce the risk of leaving the door open. The stay-open mode can also be activated, which comes in very handy during bulk product loading. There is a snap-in magnetic gasket that seals the gap between the door and the cabinet to prevent warm air from entering.

The entire refrigeration system is located on the rear including the 0.25 hp compressor. The unit sits on four 6" casters with two brakes so it can be transported and parked as needed.
