The Victory Refrigeration VWFD48HC-4 worktop freezer is a space-saving, productivity-boosting two-in-one solution that offers a large 40.12 cubic feet featuring two self-closing upper drawers and two lower drawers. Meticulously constructed to handle the physical brunt of daily intensive use, this USA-made unit is made easy to clean and invulnerable to corrosion with the stainless steel top, sides, and front, and aluminum while the evaporator coil has an epoxy coating that protects from damage.

The drawers are fitted with a pan slot allowing you to organized your perishables into manageable 4" and 6" deep pans. You can prep and process these ingredients on the durable stainless steel top with a 4" tall foamed-in-place backsplash. The drawers are also fitted with telescoping slides and lock mechanisms that smoothen the sliding operation and extend them fully so you can safely retrieve and securely place pans. They also have a stay-open feature that saves you time when loading products in bulk. 

The worktop freezer has electronic controls with an operating temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit. The adaptive defrost system and R290 refrigerant help you save on energy costs while keeping your operation environment safe.

The refrigeration system is self-contained and mounted on the rear,  with the 0.5 hp compressor ventilated from the front. in the open position with the stay-open mechanism that you can manually deactivate by closing the doors normally.  The unit rests on 6" casters with brakes, allowing easy transport and stationing.

The Victory Refrigeration VWFD48HC-4 worktop freezer comes with UL-Sanitation, cULus, and UL EPH Classified certifications as well as a three-year warranty on parts and labor and a two-year warranty on the gasket.
