The Victory Refrigeration VWF36HC worktop freezer offers a great way to maintain the freshness and instant accessibility of your ingredients for everyday food prep. The stainless steel top is sturdy and fitted with a 4" high backsplash that helps keep the workstation sanitary. The refrigerated base provides 8.69 cubic feet of cold storage space. This unit is robust in construction, from the stainless steel and galvanized steel exterior, aluminum interior, and epoxy-coated evaporator coil.

The freezer cabinet is accessible via a self-closing door and customizable with the two (2) epoxy-coated shelves supplied with the unit. The door is equipped with a spring-loaded cartridge hinge that allows the door to self-close, but it also has a stay-open mode that lets you keep the door in the open position unaided so you can quickly move products in and out.

The worktop freezer operates at -10 degrees Fahrenheit, perfect for your frozen perishables. The unit is able to do so without increasing your environmental footprint, thanks to the R290 refrigerant. You can change the temperature and get various tasks done electronically for added precision. 

This worktop freezer also helps you save on energy costs too with its adaptive defrost system that activates only as needed. The one-piece magnetic door gasket creates an airtight seal that prevents air from going in and out, which can cause condensation and ultimately ruin your inventory. The 0.5 hp compressor is at the rear along with the rest of the refrigeration components.  The 6" casters offer a way to move and station the unit effortlessly.

The Victory Refrigeration VWF36HC worktop freezer is approved for commercial use by UL-Sanitation, cULus, and UL EPH Classified and comes with a three-year warranty on parts and labor and a two-year warranty on the gasket.
