With an all-stainless steel interior and stainless steel exterior sides, front, and back, this unit can be counted on to withstand the toughest kitchen environments. You can’t expect less of Turbo-Air, which has been providing superior refrigeration products around the world for more than two decades.

The Turbo-Air TWF-28SD-D2-N is a self-contained rear-mount freezer with (1) section. With dimensions of 27 1/2” wide x 30” deep x 33 1/2” tall, it can accommodate up to 7 cu. ft. of frozen items at full capacity. Each drawer has pan support bars that can hold 1/6 size 6”-deep pans not included with the unit.

The interior temperature can be adjusted anywhere from -10° F to 0° F. To make sure your freezer is always running at optimal temperatures, you can keep a close eye on the temperature through the freezer’s digital control and monitor system’s external display. The entire unit also uses high-density polyurethane insulation foamed into place to seal in cold air.

Each of the (2) stainless steel drawers have sleek recessed handles ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in your hands. The drawer doors are equipped with one-piece removable gaskets for easy cleanup and replacement. They are also fitted with ABS door liners to resist condensation with thermal efficiency.

The Turbo-Air TWF-28SD-D2-N comes with a self-cleaning condenser system that prevents system failure by cleaning the condenser every day. The condenser is protected from dust by a fine mesh filter that keeps away dust particles that may have been pulled in by the fan. It also has a rotating brush that kicks into action two to three times every day to clean away dust that may have gotten through the filter. The evaporator is coated with a special treatment to protect it from corrosion.

This unit uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. This refrigerant is listed with an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0, meaning it does not release harmful substances that degrade the ozone layer. It also has a global warming potential (GWP) of 3 so it does not contribute to global warming as much as other refrigerants. R290 meets the latest standards in refrigerant management released by the DOE and EPA in 2017.

The Turbo-Air TWF-28SD-D2-N has 4” casters with front locks. You may also get a set of optional 6” stainless steel legs or 6” ABS plastic legs at an extra charge. The worktop has a backsplash, a standard feature on all Turbo-Air worktop freezers.

This unit is certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation. It runs on 1/3 HP , 115v/60/1-ph, and 2.6 amps.
