Super Deluxe Sandwich/Salad Unit, two-section, 16.0 cu. ft., stainless steel top with 16-pan opening, (4) stainless steel drawers with recessed handles, stainless steel interior & exterior (galvanized steel back & bottom), self-cleaning condenser equipped, cold air compartment, insulated pan cover, cutting board side rail, hot gas condensate system, self-contained rear mounted refrigeration system, R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, 1/4 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, 4.3 amps, NEMA 5-15P, cETLus, ETL-SanitationThe TST-60SD-D4-N Super Deluxe Sandwich/Salad Unit is a four-drawer model with 16 cu. ft. of storage space kept at a constant 33°F to 39°F. The cold bunker at the top of the unit has 16 ⅙-size, 4” deep pans for easy organization of sandwich or salad ingredients. The ingredients are easily accessed with a spring-assisted insulated hood and hood lid which feature a lifetime guarantee on the hinges and handles. Items in the cold bunker maintain a constant temperature below 41°F to meet NSF requirements, even with the lids open. This is achieved with powerful cold airflow that moves all around the pan area.
A ⅜ HP compressor utilizing R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant provides plenty of efficient cooling and will maintain the proper internal temperatures even with ambient temperatures reaching 100°F. This efficiency is achieved with Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser. It uses a rotating brush that regularly cleans a fine mesh filter in front of the condenser, this doesn’t allow dust to buildup which keeps the heat exchange of the refrigeration system free-flowing and running as efficiently as possible.
Standard 115v/60/-1ph electricity is used to power this prep table and it requires 4.3 amps of current at full load. A 9-ft long power cable and 4” swivel casters are included.
