The Turbo Air TST-48SD-D2-N Super Deluxe Sandwich/Salad Unit features a single reach-in cabinet and two drawers with   12 cu. ft. of refrigerated space. The reach-n cabinet features a stainless steel shelf and internal LED lighting to easily access items. Both drawers can hold up to a 6” deep ⅙ size pan for additional easily accessible loose ingredient storage (drawer pans are not included). The refrigerated drawers maintain a temperature between 33°F and 39°F for ideal food preservation. The cold bunker system at the top of the unit has enough space to hold the 12 included 4” deep ⅙ size pans for salad and sandwich ingredients. The bunker uses a forced-air system that circulates cold air underneath, above, and all around the pans to maintain a cool temperature below 41°F to meet NSF requirements.

This Sandwich/Salad station features Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser. This unique feature utilizes a rotating brush that regularly sweeps a fine mesh in front of the condenser’s fins to remove dust before it has a chance to obstruct airflow. This allows the refrigeration to run much more efficiently while putting less strain on it.

The unit features a ¼ HP compressor utilizes eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant and uses standard 115v/60/1-ph electrical power and pulls 4.4 amps of current at full load. Placing this unit inside your establishment is made simple with the included 4” casters and a 9-foot power cord.
