The TCGB-72-W(B)-N Bakery Case from Turbo Air was specifically designed to showcase the flagship products in a bakery, the eye-catching cakes, pies, and other baked goods that taste as good as they look. This fully refrigerated bakery case offers 23.2 cu. ft. of space with two heavy-duty cantilever white PE coated wire shelves that can be adjusted to best fit your products. The elegant curved tempered glass gives interested customers a complete view of your products. The double pane glass is low-E coated to keep heat from entering and also prevents the glass from fogging.

The ¾ HP compressor in this Refrigerated Display Case easily maintains the internal temperature between 33°F and 41°F. To make sure the compressor runs as efficiently as possible Turbo Air has integrated their self-cleaning condenser. This system uses a rotating brush that moves over a fine mesh in front of the condenser on a set schedule. This removes dust out and away from the condenser allowing for extremely efficient refrigeration.

This bakery case uses standard 115v/60/1-ph electricity and draws 8.6 amps at full load. Connecting it to a power outlet is simple with its included NEMA 5-15P plug and 89-⅛” power cable.

• Recommended operating conditions: TCGB models are designed to operate in an environment where temperature & humidity do not exceed 75°F and 55% respectively. Units should not be installed near HVAC vents, fans or doorways that will disrupt the air curtain and compromise the function of the cabinet. Air curtain models will run most efficiently when completely loaded with product.
