The Turbo Air TCGB-36-W(B)-N Bakery Case is a compact model with 11.8 cu. ft. of refrigerated space providing your baked goods storage with a constant temperature between 33°F and 41°F to make sure everything’s as fresh as possible. Two adjustable cantilever shelves allow you to move them up and down and even tilt them to present your products in the best way.

The front glass of this Refrigerated Display Case features dual panes for better insulation and to avoid fogging, the curved design minimizes the need for framing while maximizing visibility. A coating of Low-E further keeps heat from entering the display case.

Below the unit, a ⅓ HP compressor using environmentally-safe R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant provides safe and efficient cooling. The refrigeration system runs efficiently and can easily outlast other brands’ offerings because of Turbo Air’s patented self-cleaning condenser. Keeping the condenser clean is extremely important to extend the life of any refrigeration equipment because a clean condenser allows air to easily flow through. More airflow means better cooling This reduces the running time of the compressor which will stress it less in the long run. Turbo Air’s ingenious system makes use of a rotating brush that removes dust from a fine mesh filter in front of the condenser to make sure dust and other debris are not allowed to buildup.

This display case uses standard 115v/60/1-ph electricity and draws 7.5 amps at full load. Connecting it to an outlet is simple with the included 59-⅛” power cord.

• Recommended operating conditions: TCGB models are designed to operate in an environment where temperature & humidity do not exceed 75°F and 55% respectively. Units should not be installed near HVAC vents, fans or doorways that will disrupt the air curtain and compromise the function of the cabinet. Air curtain models will run most efficiently when completely loaded with product.
