The Turbo Air MUR-72-N refrigerator is perfectly designed for commercial kitchens that want to make the most of their undercounter space. Despite its compact height of 30”, this self-contained unit can easily accommodate up to 18.8 cu. ft. of refrigerated items. This refrigerator is a product of Turbo Air, which has been supplying restaurants with reliable refrigeration systems for more than two decades.

To ensure that the Turbo Air MUR-72-N can satisfy the needs of busy commercial kitchen operators and staff, this refrigerator has strong stainless steel exterior front, top, and sides. The interior has durable aluminum side and back panels and a corrosion-resistant stainless steel floor that prevents rust from developing and potentially contaminating the refrigerator’s contents. An optional backsplash guard made of stainless steel is available for an extra fee to shield the unit’s top from oil sprays and food splatters.

Self-Closing Doors Have Ergonomic Easy-Grip Handles

The Turbo Air MUR-72-N has (3) self-closing swing doors that each open up to (3) separate sections. Every door has an ergonomically designed handle that you can snugly grip with your fingers for easy opening. The handles are recessed into the door panel, giving the refrigerator a streamlined, modern look and prevents it from jutting out from under the counter. Each door’s interior is lined with an ABS sheet to protect it from moisture damage. All doors use one-piece magnetic door gaskets that can be removed without using tools for fast cleanup. Optional door locks are available for an extra fee if you want to provide your items with an added layer of security. Take note that the door locks require extra lead time.

Ideal Interior Temperatures for Optimum Food Preservation

The Turbo Air MUR-72-N can maintain temperatures between 33° F to 38° F. You can adjust the temperature using the refrigerator’s digital control system, which comes with a brightly-lit LED external display for keeping an eye on the temperature. The cabinet is insulated with layers of high-density polyurethane that makes sure the cold air is sealed inside. The interior comes with a set of (3) polyethylene-coated wire shelves that can be positioned at different heights. An optional extra shelf is available for an additional fee to help make organizing your items more efficient.

Self-Cleaning Condenser for Maximum Performance

The Turbo Air MUR-72-N’s condenser is equipped with a rotating brush that cleans the condenser coil 2 to 3 times each day. This ensures that dust particles that may have entered the fine mesh filter that protects the condenser do not clog the condenser coil and negatively affect the refrigerator’s performance. It also ensures the unit remains energy efficient and prevents you from incurring additional energy costs.

Swivel Casters for Easy Mobility

You don’t have to lift a single muscle to move the Turbo Air MUR-72-N around. The refrigerator is supported by a set of 4” swivel casters that let you effortlessly roll it into and out of place. Once the unit is positioned, you can lock the front casters to keep it from moving around and jostling its contents. An optional set of 6” stainless steel or ABS legs are available for a fee if you prefer a refrigerator that is stationary. For extra storage, you can request to have a double shelf installed overhead at an additional charge.

This unit uses R290, a specialized refrigerant that does not release CFCs or other substances that harm the ozone layer. It also contributes minimally to global warming and climate change. In 2017, the EPA and DOE released strict regulations regarding the use of refrigerants. R290 is fully compliant with these new standards, making it the ideal choice for environmentally conscious businesses.
