Ultra-Max® Charbroiler, gas, 48"L, 35-1/5"D, 18"H, lava rock, adjustable manual controls every 6", welded steel frame with stainless steel exterior, cast iron broiling grates, drip pan, splash guard & grease trough, 4" legs, 160,000 BTU, cULus, UL EPH Classified, Made in USA
Standard Features:
- High-capacity grates for maximum capacity
- Cast iron charbroiler burners for increased durability
- Heavy-duty metal knobs look great and are designed to last
- Grates can be adjusted independently in 6-inch sections to be flat or inclined
- 5" ( 127 mm) tapered splash guard and large capacity water pan for easy cleanup
- 20,000 BTUs per 6" (152 mm) of width with separate control of each section for maximum heat and control
- Cool-to-the-touch stainless steel countertop range bullnose that protects knobs and keeps work area comfortable
