With this 12" heavy-duty commercial electric range, you can add two (2) round hot plates on your counter, refrigerated base, or freezer base. This unit boasts a steel construction that is sleek, easy to clean, but well-equipped to prevent rust and corrosion. The 9" hot plates each have a 2.6-kilowatt heating element that you can turn off or adjust to low, medium, and high settings using the four-position control knob.

This commercial range comes with a 9.25" deep rail at the front and fully insulated lining and burner box for excellent efficiency. The 5" stainless steel flue riser deflects the heat and smoke produced by the unit away from the user.
