Southbend PE12C-B Description
This 12" heavy-duty commercial electric range features two (2) round hot plates and a cabinet with removable doors. Designed to withstand the rigors of daily use, this unit has a stainless steel construction. The 9" solid hot plates each deliver 2.6 kilowatts of cooking power. Each plate is controlled from a four-position control knob that you can set to low, medium, and high settings.
This commercial range has a 9.25" deep rail at the front and fully insulated lining and burner box. The 5" stainless steel flue riser draws the heat and smoke coming from the unit away from the user and towards the ventilation hood. The 6" legs can be adjusted to various heights to fit uneven floors.
