The Scotsman CU3030SA-6 Prodigy Ice Maker With Bin is a self-contained air-cooled undercounter ice machine with 80 lbs of storage capacity. This undercounter ice maker can produce up to 287 lbs (130 kg) of ⅞” x ⅞” x ⅜” (22mm x 22mm x 9mm) half size cubes in a 24 hour period and ships configured to use 230v/50/1-ph power. This commercial ice maker was designed for use in tight spaces and features unobstructed front airflow and easy access to the air filter.

This ice maker is powered by Scotsman’s Prodigy ice cuber technology which has features implemented from years of user feedback to optimize usability and efficiency of undercounter ice makers. The AutoAlert™ control panel displays the device’s status while providing simple to use controls. The unit lets operators know when it’s time to sanitize, descale, or perform other maintenance tasks.

For longer periods between deep cleaning tasks, the patented WaterSense purge control system reduces scale buildup. When performing preventive maintenance tasks all major components are accessible through the easy to remove door and top panel. Along with the internal components is a diagnostic code display that simplifies the service crew’s tasks by eliminating the guesswork when troubleshooting.

The Scotsman CU3030SA-6 Prodigy Ice Maker With Bin is extremely efficient using 19 kWh for every 220 lbs (100kg) of ice produced and 1.1 gallons (4.4 L) of water per hour. The external dimensions of this model are 30” (762mm) in width, 30” (762mm) front-to-back, and 38-13/16” (986mm) in height including the height-adjustable 6” (152mm) legs. If you need the unit to be shorter for clearance under shorter counters the optional KPUFM30 floor mount kit is available and drops the height of the unit to 33-½” (851mm).
