An indoor walk-in cooler like the NorLake KLB7766-C 6' x 6' x 7'-7" H Kold Locker is the most efficient way to manage and stoor refrigerated goods in bulk. This walk-in coolers with top mounted compressor offers a total of 196 cu. ft. of refrigerated space.

For superior insulation, each panel is 4” thick with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation that is EPA-compliant. The interior and exterior sides of the panel feature 26 gauge steel with a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco finish. Kold Locker walk-in units are easy to assemble, each panel has male and female mating rails that make alignment easy while foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners lock the panels together for an airtight seal. The corners feature panel gaskets that go around the exterior perimeter continuously without any breaks or cuts. Edge caps on ceiling and floor panels are foamed-in-place that keep them in place through the life of the unit.

The standard 26” wide door has a stepped profile that acts as a barrier to airflow resulting in an energy-efficient door system. Two cam-lift hinges are included with the door and can be installed on the right or left. These hinges are field-adjustable to make sure the door swings freely while providing an airtight seal. A spring-assisted door closer is included to keep the door from being left ajar. The door is pre-hung in a 4-foot wide panel and features a magnetic stainless steel trim, digital thermometer, replaceable perimeter heating wire, and vapor proof LED light fixture actuated by a switch with external indicator light. Everything inside the walk-in is kept secure by an NL 9800 deadbolt handle with an independent key/padlock feature. To keep workers safe, a safety release inside the door panel makes sure no-one gets locked inside.

To efficiently maintain temperatures between 35°F and 38°F this walk-in unit has a ceiling-mounted RCPB050JC-S-0-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration system that produces 4060 BTU/hr of cooling. The temperature inside the walk-in is adjusted with the Enviro-Control™ electronic controller system, it is also used to set the automatic defrost timer. Drain lines are not required thanks to the automatic condensate vaporizer included with the unit. The automatic condensate vaporizer ships loose and needs to be wired in the field.
