For businesses that need to store a large number of refrigerated items safely and conveniently the KLB74810-C 8' x 10' x 7'-4" H Kold Locker from NorLake is a reliable indoor floorless walk-in cooler up to the task. 

Each panel of this walk-in coolers with top mounted compressor are 4” thick and comes with a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco finish on 26 gauge steel for durability. The interior is filled with EPA-compliant polyurethane foamed-in-place insulation. For ease-of-installation, each panel has male and female rails that come together to ensure proper alignment. To maintain an air-tight seal between each panel foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners are used. A continuous panel gasket wraps around outer perimeter free from breaks or cuts at the corners. Instead of using overlapping or mechanical fasteners, the ceiling panels’ edge caps are foamed-in-place which will keep them secure for the life of the walk-in.

The door that ships standard with this walk-in unit is 26” wide and comes with a stepped profile providing a barrier against airflow. The standard door kit can be replaced with the optional 30” wide door kit with stainless steel kick plate with no additional cost. Two cam-lift hinges are included with this door and can be installed to open from the right or left. These hinges are field-adjustable to compensate for settling over the life of the walk-in. A spring-loaded door closer is included to make sure the door is not left open accidentally. The door panel is 4’ wide with the door pre-hung from the factory. A replaceable perimeter heating wire is included as well as a vapor proof LED lighting fixture that is activated by a switch complete with an exterior indicator light, a digital thermometer, and magnetic stainless steel trim. The interior is secured with an NL 9800 deadbolt handle with an independent key/padlock feature. To keep workers safe, the interior has a safety release to make sure they are never locked in.

The temperature inside this walk-in is kept between 35°F and 38°F by the ceiling-mounted RCPB075JC-S-4-E Capsule Pak Refrigeration System that produces 6250 BTU/hr of cooling potential. The Enviro-Control™ system allows the interior temperature to be set and maintained efficiently. The controller is also used to set the defrost timer and activate a manual defrost cycle. To eliminate the need for drain lines, a condensate vaporizer is included.
