This walk-in coolers with top mounted compressor has a height of 7’7” providing additional vertical space and in total the interior offers 372 cu. ft. of refrigerated space.

This cooler is made up of 4” thick panels featuring foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to keep the heat where it belongs, outside. Both sides of the panel have 26 gauge corrosion-resistant stucco embossed coated steel. Assembly is easy since each panel has female and male rails that overlap for a mechanically air-tight design. Foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners ensure that panels lock together tightly for a secure seal. The corners are protected by a continuous panel gasket that goes around the outer perimeter without any cuts or breaks. The ceiling panels feature foamed-in-place edge caps that will stay in place for the life of the cooler.

The door that ships standard with this walk-in unit is 26” wide and comes with a stepped profile providing a barrier against airflow. This door comes with two hinges both of which are cam-lift and adjustable. This allows the door to be easily adjusted over the lifetime of the walk-in as it settles. The door also comes with a spring-assisted door closer to make sure it’s never left ajar. The 4-foot wide door panel comes with the door pre-hung and includes a vapor-proof LED lighting fixture activated by a switch connected to an external indicator light, replaceable heating wire, stainless steel trim, and a digital thermometer. To keep items inside secure, an NL 9800 deadbolt handle is included with an independent key/padlock feature. To prevent lock-ins there is a safety release inside.

The interior temperature is efficiently maintained between 35°F and 38°F by the RCPB075JC-S-4-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration System in the ceiling that produces 6250 BTU/hr of heat rejection. The Capsule Pak unit comes with the Enviro-Control™ electronic control system to adjust the temperature and set the timing for automatic defrosting. To remove the need for drain lines an automatic condensate vaporizer is shipped loose and needs to be wired in the field.
