The 7000A-240 Waffle Baker from Nemco is an excellent addition to any commercial kitchen that wants to offer waffles that are ½” thick. Every hour, this waffle maker can produce up to 20 waffles.

To keep the control panel from getting caked over with batter, it’s top-mounted providing users with an easy to access and clearly visible interface. To make cooking waffles to the perfect golden-brown color, this model comes with programmable controls with a clearly visible LED countdown timer. When the cooking process is finished an audible alarm will get users’ attention in case they are not in front of the waffle maker.

7” diameter waffles are produced by the cast aluminum grid which is heated evenly to prevent burning or undercooking. The exclusive floating hinge on this waffle make allows the top grid to rise freely with the waffle applying heat while letting the waffle expand keeping it nice and fluffy. To make sure this unit is up to the task, it’s made from durable stainless steel which is easy to clean and maintain.

This oven is designed to use 240v/60/1-ph electricity and comes with a NEMA 6-15P plug to connect it to an outlet that can deliver 3.7 amps of current.
