The Belgian waffles produced by this waffle baker are cooked as evenly as possible thanks to the cast aluminum rotating grid. This grid is removable and can be done without the need for tools. The exclusive floating hinge on this waffle make allows the top grid to rise freely with the waffle applying heat while letting the waffle expand keeping it nice and fluffy.
