Food on display is kept from drying out over time by a water reservoir built into this unit. The back, sides, and door are made from tempered glass to give a clear view of the available slices in this merchandiser. Interior lighting makes sure the pizzas are well lit and as appealing as possible. The slow rotation of the pizzas in this merchandiser allows customers to see which slice they want. When the door is opened to grab a slice the rack automatically stops and it can be turned by hand to grab the slice the customer wants.
