The temperature is easily adjusted all the way up to 200F° with this merchandiser's thermostatic controls. The water reservoir inside this merchandiser keeps food from drying out while on display.

To prevent corrosion and make cleaning simple, this merchandiser is made from stainless steel. Standard 120v/60/1-ph power is used by this unit and it comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug at the end of a 6’ power cord. This unit has a nominal current draw of 11.9 amps.
