The 6410 Heated Holding Cabinet from Nemco is a floor model with eight racks made from stainless steel that can hold 18” takeout pizza boxes but can be adjusted to accommodate other containers like hotel pans or half sheet pans. 

The unit is switched on and off with a simple rocker switch. To prevent operator error from tinkering staff the temperature is preset at the factory for optimal oven-fresh holding with temperatures between 145° and 187°F. The temperature is easy to monitor at a glance with a digital display. Next to the digital temperature readout is a red light that lights up when the door is not closed properly or if the unit is malfunctioning.

To keep the door from being left ajar it’s self-sealing and automatically closes the rest of the way and firmly holds the door to the frame. Users can clearly view products inside thanks to scratch-resistant tempered glass this allows them to see if the item they need is inside without opening the door. The door is field-reversible allowing it to be adjusted to fit the needs of your environment.

To stand up to demanding foodservice environments the cabinet is made from durable stainless steel which is easy to wipe-down for cleaning and will maintain its appearance for years to come. This model is wired from the factory to use standard 120v electricity and is rated to use 1230 watts of power. Connecting it to an outlet that can deliver 10.3 amps is made easy with the included power cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
