The Nemco 6405 Heated Holding Cabinet is a countertop model with five stainless steel racks designed to hold 18” takeout pizza boxes and can accommodate other containers such as half sheet pans or hotel pans. 

A simple rocker switch is used to turn the unit on or off. The temperature is factory preset for optimum oven-fresh holding between 145° and 187°F making it fool-proof with no risk of the staff incorrectly setting the temperature. To monitor the temperature a digital display allows for quick checks at a glance. The red service light next to the digital temperature readout lets users know if the door has been left open or if the unit is malfunctioning.

The self-sealing door automatically closes to make sure it’s never left ajar and is held firmly to the frame. Scratch-resistant tempered glass gives users a clear view of the products inside allowing them to see if what they need is inside without having to open the door. To best fit your production environment the door is field reversible.

The stainless steel cabinet is designed to stand up to the toughest foodservice environments while being easy to clean with a simple wipe-down. From the factory, this 1230 watt model is designed to use standard 120v power and comes with a cord that terminates in a NEMA 5-15P plug to connect it to an outlet that can safely provide 10.3 amps of current.

To meet safety guidelines this heated holding cabinet is UL and UL EPH listed.
