NEMCO 6311-4-240 Description
If you’re looking for a reliable electric hotplate that provides plenty of versatility in a reasonably compact package, the 6311-4-240 Hotplate from Nemco should be at the top of your list. This hotplate comes with four burners in a compact package while allowing for maximum cooking and heating options on a countertop.
Two 850 W burners are great for keeping food warm while the other two 2.0 kW with high and low settings are ideal for cooking items or achieving higher temperatures. The burners are made from durable cast iron alloy that provides even heating to cookware.
Cleaning and maintenance tasks are made easy by the durable stainless steel construction with a brushed finish. The heating elements feature thermo-protection to keep users safe in case the hotplate malfunctions. This model comes with a NEMA 6-30P plug and 6' cord to connect it to a 240v/60/1-ph outlet. The nominal current draw of this device is 23.8 amps.
For safety and sanitation, this hotplate is both NSF and ETL listed.
