The temperature on each burner is controlled by its own 6-position temperature control knob to achieve the right cooking temperature. Heat is evenly applied to cookware by the solid cast iron alloy French burners preventing hot and cold spots. 

The brushed stainless steel construction allows for easy wipe-down cleaning and is durable enough to stand up to daily commercial use without any issues. The heating elements feature thermo-protection to keep users safe in case the hotplate malfunctions. This model comes from the factory wired to use standard 120v/60/1-ph power and comes with a 6' cord and NEMA 5-20P plug to connect it to a power source that can safely deliver 16.7 amps.
