The temperature on each burner is controlled by its own 6-position temperature control knob to achieve the right cooking temperature. To provide evenly distributed heat to cookware the French burners are made from solid cast iron alloy.

With stainless steel construction featuring a brushed finish, you can be sure that this hotplate will last for several years without issue and is easy to clean by wiping it down. With thermo-protection built-in to the burners, you can be sure that users are kept safe in case the unit malfunctions and begin to overheat. This model is wired for use with 240v/60/1-ph power and comes with a NEMA 6-15P plug at the end of a 6' cord and has a current draw of 12.5 amps.
