This 30" wide IDT-0500W water-cooled ice machine from Manitowoc's Indigo NXT™ Series has a daily production capacity of 500 lbs of full dice ice cubes. An acoustical ice-sensing probe makes sure each ice cube that comes straight from this Indigo Series ice machine is uniformly sized. The definition of uncomplicated, low-cost ice-making, this unit uses only 12% less energy and 23% less condenser water than standard commercial ice machines.

This Manitowoc ice maker features an easyTouch display from where you can operate the machine to make ice. The clean home screen shows notifications of potential problems that the machine has run into during its 24-hour preventative maintenance and reports in complete detail so you can make as accurate a service call as possible. 

No need to watch the time for a cleaning cycle - you can even have this Manitowoc Ice unit alert you by setting up a cleaning reminder. Plus, AlphaSan coating on internal parts of the foodzone guards against microorganisms that could contaminate the ice.
