You can set the amount of ice you want to make so you can manage your production costs while meeting consumer demands. This Manitowoc ice machine produces rhomboid-shaped regular ice cubes that are larger than full dice ice, making them ideal for chilling water, mixed drinks, and liquor to ice bagging and bulk cooling. Full dice ice makers are also available.
