Commercial Griddle, countertop, gas, 35-3/4" W x 24" D cooking surface, 1" thick polished griddle plate, snap-action thermostat & piezo ignitor, grease chute and box, front grease trough, 3" side splash, stainless steel, 4" removable legs, 90,000 BTU, CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF

- Tapered splash back Countertop Range
- Gas regulator and shut off factory installed
- 4” legs (can be removed for flush mounting)
- Front grease trough, fully welded grease chute
- Snap action thermostat with piezo spark ignitor
- Large 3.75 gallon grease box (two on 72” model)
- Double walled Countertop Griddle with stainless sides
- 15,000 BTU/hr burner for every 6”, thermostatically controlled every 12”.
