The ITG-72 Griddle from Imperial is a large model with 6 burners providing 180,000 BTU/hr of heat. The burners are located every 12’ for even heating and temperature control over each independently controllable burner. Each burner is easily adjusted via a cast aluminum control knob with a Valox™ grip that keeps it cool to the touch. Aeration baffles between the burners apply heat evenly across the griddle surface.

The 1” thick griddle plate provides plenty of thermal mass for heat retention which eliminates hot and cold spots on the cooking surface. To maximize the amount of cooking area, the griddle plate is 24” deep allowing more food to be cooked.

Grease is easily managed with a 4” wide gutter that can fit full-size spatulas that empties into a large 1-gallon grease can. The grease can has a convenient weep hole to indicate when it is full and can be easily removed for emptying.

This griddle is available configured for liquid propane or natural gas.
