ICE-O-Matic MFI1256A Description
The Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a self-contained air cooled unit capable of producing a maximum of 1,149 lbs of ice in 24 hours. This unit is wired to use 2080230v/60/1-ph electricity at 11.8 amps. The generation of 100 lbs of ice requires 12 gallons of water and 3.60 kWh of power.
Flake ice excels at quickly and thoroughly cooling items due to the fact that it conforms to the shape of items and therefore provides more contact. This is why it is often used in seafood displays and medical facilities because preserving items by keeping them cool is essential in these use cases.
