ICE-O-Matic GEM0650A Description
This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Pearl Ice Maker that has a maximum 24-hour ice production capacity of 740 lbs. This model is configured to use standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 21.0 amps. 100 lbs of nugget cube ice produced by this unit require the consumption of 12 gallons of water and 5.31kWh of power.
Pearl Ice can be used for a variety of applications due to its unique characteristics. Pearl Ice is chewable, doesn’t impart a taste to drinks, and is easy to blend. Another benefit of Pearl Ice makers is that they are extremely efficient when compared to their ice cuber counterparts, all water that enters the cooling chamber is frozen into ice.
Air flows through this unit from the front to the back. This provides the machine with relatively clean air and expels warm air behind it away from users. A front air intake also allows for easy cleaning of the intake without moving the unit.
