ICE-O-Matic CIM0636FW Description
This Ice-O-Matic Ice Machine is a Elevation Series Modular Cube Ice Maker that produces full-dice ice and has a maximum 24-hour output of 620 lbs. This water cooled model is configured to use 208-230v/60/1-ph power and draws 9.0 amps. The production of 100 pounds of ice requires 4.27 kWh of power, 180 gallons of condenser cooling water, and 19.2 gallons of potable water.
Water cooled ice machines are a great choice if your establishment is in an area with low water costs and has the added benefit of reducing the amount of heat expelled into the establishment. Unlike remote condenser units, water-cooled units don’t require the routing of coolant and the drilling of holes through walls, ceilings or roofs.
The interior of this Full Dice Ice Machine features a Plastic Food Zone which is made up of snap-together BPA-free parts. These parts are easy to service and require no tools. Since these parts are dishwasher safe, they cleaning them is as easy as putting them through a cycle.
