Deliver fresh, hot food where it is needed with the Hatco FSHC-7-2 pass-through mobile heated holding cabinet. This 1697 unit has one door on the front and another one on the back, providing dual access to staff so that service is faster and more productive. This unit has seven sets of removable angle slides that can accommodate full-size sheet pans as well as full-size hotel pans and Gastronorm pans.
This unit uses a combination of heat and humidity provided by the refillable 0.75-gallon water chamber to keep food hot for longer periods without diminishing taste and quality. The dedicated electronic control knobs with digital readout allow quick and precise thermostatic adjustments so you can always get the holding environment your menu needs. The cabinet is also insulated to keep the interior temperatures consistent, resulting in even heating.
The unit has a glass door that lets you browse the contents and instantly find what you need for quick service. The door hinge can be reversed in the field so you can always work in any layout. The swivel casters with wheel locks allow you to roll the unit to various parts of your kitchen.
The Hatco FSHC-7-2 pass-through mobile heated holding cabinet is a USA-made product that meets standards set by NSF and cULus. This model ships with a 6' recessed cord and plug. We have tons of parts and accessories for customization.
