There’s hot food always within your customer’s reach with the Hatco FSHACH-2 countertop heated display cabinet! Simply load freshly cooked food onto half-size sheet pans and slide them in place on each of the two tiers on this unit to keep them all hot and delicious for longer. The powder-coated steel housing plus the stainless steel front panel create a durable piece of equipment that is easy to maintain but difficult to wear out.

This 2950-watt heated display comes with heating elements installed at the top of the opening, creating a curtain of hot air that is also drawn to the back with the help of the perforations of the rear panel of the unit. The heating elements have metal sheaths that guard against breakage so you can use them for a long time. This is a humidified display cabinet with a maximum relative humidity of 27 percent to extend holding times without drying out food. The 9-liter water reservoir is automatically filled for you so you can achieve consistent food quality with little manual intervention.

This unit runs at a range of 80 to 175 degrees Fahrenheit. You can view and set the temperature via the digital controls at the front of the unit. From there, you can easily power the unit on or off.
