Flav-R-Savor® Air Curtain Heated Display Cabinet, counter model, (3) tier slides for 1/2 size sheet pans, 4" legs, CE, cULus, UL EPH Classified, Made in USAThe Hatco FSHAC-3 countertop heated display cabinet with three (3) tier slides is a reliable and compact food holding solution that can be set on a counter. Each tier is sized for half-size sheet pans, so you can set various food products at a time. The powder-coated steel housing paired with the stainless steel front panel makes for solid construction that looks good and performs well in challenging environments.
This unit doesn’t have doors, removing any barrier between your customers and the food. Instead, food is heated using air curtain technology that comprises durable, metal-sheathed heating elements located just above the opening that stream down hot air and extend it to the back wall, which is perforated for enhanced airflow. You can adjust the temperature from 80 degrees Fahrenheit all the way to 175 degrees Fahrenheit via the digital controls and monitor it via the digital readout. You can easily turn the unit on and off via the power rocker switch. This model comes standard with 4" legs.
The Hatco FSHAC-3 countertop heated display cabinet is a product proudly made in the USA. This unit meets standards of quality and food safety set by cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and ANSI/NSF 4 qualifications for safe commercial use. The package includes a 6' cord and plug.
