GRINDMASTER Cooking - Cecilware® Pro Charbroiler, gas, countertop, 48"W x 20"D cooking surface, (4) 40,000 BTU/hr burners, reversible cast iron grilling grates, manual controls, independent cooking zones, angled sidewalls & bottom plate, stainless steel construction, 160,000 BTU/hr, cETLus, ETL-Sanitation

- Lava Rock Kit and Holding Rack options available in 24”, 36”, and 48”
- All models can be operated using natural or LP gas (conversion kit included)
- Countertop units with 20” depth available in four widths: 15”, 24”, 36”, and 48”
- Sleek and strong stainless steel construction for long life and easy maintenance
- Ergonomically rounded front bullnose and 13/4” sturdy non-marring stainless steel legs
- Grates are in individual sections and are designed to be tilted for different heating levels
- Manually controlled, independent cooking zones and easy-access front panel pilot adjustments
- Versatile Commercial Charbroiler with the ability to alternate between lava rock and radiant cooking methods
- Angled sidewalls and bottom plate reflect heat into cooking zone for better and more accurate heat distribution
