The Globe PG36E Griddle is a 36” wide electric griddle with 2 independently controllable thermostatic zones. The highly polished griddle plate is ⅜” thick with thermal elements spaced 18” apart. The thermal elements have precise temperature controls with separate thermostatically graduated knobs for temperature control between 70°F – 575°F. The body of the griddle features a 3-½” splash guard that wraps around the unit and is seamlessly welded. A cool-to-touch front edge provides users with security and comfort while griddling multiple items. A spatula wide trough provides convenient control over excess grease and debris on the griddle plate. Debris and grease are collected in an easy-to-clean removable catch tray made from stainless steel beneath the unit. Cleaning under and around the unit is made easy with 3-½” tall stainless steel feet. These feet are height adjustable to make sure any wobble can be eliminated from the griddle.

This unit comes in two options a 4,000W version that uses 208v/60/1-ph power at 19.5 amps and a-5,400W version that uses 240v/60/1-ph power at 22.5 amps. Both options must be hard-wired.

• The temperature is thermostatically controlled. Griddle is equipped with one thermostat per various cooking service interval. For the 24" griddle - every 12", for the 36" griddle - every 18".

• Griddle will maintain a constant, selected temperature to ensure product consistency.
