If your kitchen needs a reliable 36” electric griddle with thermostatic control the Globe GEG36 Griddle is an easy pick. For even heating of the cooking surface this unit has a highly polished griddle plate that is a ½” thick with thermal elements spaced 12” apart. These thermal elements provide precise control over the temperature and feature three thermostatically graduated knobs for temperature control between 150°F – 480°F in separate zones. Globe’s selection of Flat Top Commercial grills & Griddles give operators a wide range of high-quality options that are built to last.
The body of the griddle features a 3-½” splash guard that wraps around the unit and is seamlessly welded. A cool-to-touch front edge provides users with security and comfort while griddling multiple items. A spatula wide trough provides convenient control over excess grease and debris on the griddle plate. Debris and grease are collected in an easy-to-clean removable catch tray made from stainless steel beneath the unit. Cleaning under and around the unit is made easy with 3-½” tall stainless steel feet. These feet are height adjustable to make sure any wobble can be eliminated from the griddle.
This unit uses 208-240v/60/1-ph power and can be converted to 3-phase power.
