The Globe C36CB-SR Chefmate™ 36" Gas Charbroiler is a gas-powered countertop model with a 36”x20” cooking area heated by three independently adjustable U-style burners capable of putting out a total of 105,000 BTU/hr. The heavy-duty cast iron grates on these Commercial Charbroilers have 3 different grilling positions and are reversible providing operators with many options to achieve the results they want.

For easy cleaning and maintenance, the cooktop is removable. The stainless steel construction ensures this charbroiler will stand up to the harsh conditions in a commercial environment. An extended front edge that is cool-to-touch makes using the charbroiler much more comfortable. A 4” high side and backsplash wraps around the unit to prevent grease from splattering all over the place. To properly manage debris and grease produced from charbroiling a full-length catch tray is included for easy cleaning.

This Charbroiler is configured to use natural gas from the factory, for establishments using liquid propane a conversion kit is included and can be easily installed by an authorized Globe servicer.
